Intel Create and Share patch for spca501 based webcams

This patch provides the following fixes/enchancements:
  1. Brightness autocorrection;
  2. Color autocorrection;
  3. Brightness is changed by exposition time - not by color offsets;
  4. Fixed gamma coefficients;
